VTG Cracker Barrel Musical Animated Advent Calendar Christmas Traditions READ

This is a vintage, musical animated advent calendar by Christmas Traditions that was purchased at Cracker Barrel in the late 90's or early 2000s, we can't remember. This has been an awesome display piece that we have had in our family for several years and this year is the first year it did not work! No clue why, it takes 2 AA batteries and when you opened the doors, the scene on the top moves and the small doors at the very top open and close with music playing, but unfortunately this year nothing happened. There might be someone out there that can figure out the issue, or it is a great display piece that you can still use as a calendar, just no animation or music. No other issues, normal wear, and it does come with its original box and is a heavier item. House stands about 22" tall, 14.5" across, and about 3.25" deep. Check out all of the photos!
