[Vintage] Rare 80s Peruvian Baby Alpaca Shaggy Knit Cardigan

This is a vintage, old cardigan from around the 1980s.

Baby alpaca wool is a precious fiber, harvested only once from baby alpacas under three months old. Due to its warmth, rarity, and durability, it is considered a more luxurious material than cashmere.

This piece is a valuable garment woven in Peru, the home of alpaca wool.

It features long fibers, making it a highly sought-after "shaggy knit" among knitwear items.

The gradation of ivory, light gray, gray, and black in the striped pattern is also a nice touch.
