I was told it used to be a heated jacket for either military or police. 60s or 70s used to have the heating element in it but it is no longer there. This is just the outer leather jacket. In good condition, one of the cuffs has some damage and a hole in it, minor damage spots throughout due to age. But still great wearable condition. Buyer should clean it. Has been sitting in storage. No size tag but measurements included. I would say a Mens small. Leather is dry probably needs a conditioning.
