Vintage 1970's fancy high-waisted maxi dress commercially made (missing the maker's name), the dress has a back zipper, thick nylon top with darts & a gathered Hawaiian acrylic crepe fabric skirt with swirls & curls in neon bright colors. The wide waistband is covered with sparkly glass multi-colored flatback rhinestones - so cool! Very good vintage condition except for a small hole repair in the skirt which really isn't noticeable due to the wild pattern (last pic).
