Overview: Up for sale is an incredible still life oil painting on stretched canvas depicting a theater mask, a Robin-Hood style hat and peacock feathers. This piece was painted by Kathy Colman (1939-2023), a prolific and talented artist from Agoura Hills, California. I acquired this at an estate sale from the late artist's home. An absolutely fantastic piece. Colman's art is difficult to find. Painting is signed on verso. It does not appear to be dated, but I would estimate that it dates to the 1990s or 2000s. Framed in a lovely dark wood frame.
Condition: The painting and frame are in excellent condition.
Measurements: Painting measures 14 inches wide x 11 inches high. Frame measures approximately 17.5 inches wide x 14.5 inches high.
