This is something I haven't seen before in my collection.
It's a bag for carrying the escape life-saving equipment for a US military helicopter. It's a shoulder bag, and you attach it to your waist with the release金具 (commonly known as an Alice clip) on the back.
It also has a life counter.
The size is just right (47 x 33 cm), and above all,
the four-stage stencil is a must-have for military enthusiasts.
The mil-spec is inside the bag.
The upper right corner, 29 x 32 cm, opens and closes with Velcro and snap buttons.
The red reinforcement tape on the back and the yellow shoulder strap convey the tension of an emergency.
DLA-90. Issued in fiscal year 1990.
Serial number "7154".
A very rare genuine US military bag.
