Includes front cap, no rear cap. S/N 4110727, Made in Japan.
Lens has been cleaned and polished in very good cosmetic condition. Very few tiny light scratches and light scuffing on the lens housing. No visible scratch on both front and rear lens. No fungus, haze inside but does have very light internal dust. There is a bright spot by the side of the front glass element(see picture #4). It can't be cleaned out by lens cleaning liquid. Looks like kind of coating loss(by chemical?). As it is by the side, it won't affect image quality.
Tested on Pentax istD L dSLR camera.
Last picture was taken by this lens: auto focus, camera on P mode, shutter speed 1/125, f/8, F=170mm, ISO 200, AWB, with built-in flash.
