Kit is complete in original box. The rocking chair has one leg that has detached from the base of the seat, but chair still sits and rocks normally though a little askew. Tree lights up, spins, and plays music as expected. But is coming off of base, so will likely need to be reglued at some point, taped to hold in shipment. Fireplace includes light and illuminates without issues. No cracks, chips, or damage to remaining figures. Box shows notable wear from previous shipment and handling. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
