Very rare find in perfect condition!
Batik is a technique of hand-dyeing fabrics with wax to create a design. The wax is then dissolved in boiling water, leaving behind a decorated pattern. Batik is an age-old Japanese tradition.
Fabric is on the framed board. Signed by artist.
Dimensions are 24" x 16" x 1,5". There is a ripped paper note on the back of the one. It says it's made in Taipei Taiwan.
