It measures approximately 24" from the shoulder to the bottom, and 21" across the front under the armholes.
New, still has original price sticker on the tag, however there is some "storage dust" along the front button panel and collar. Didn't even notice it until it was under the bright photo lights, and it's dry clean only, so we didn't want to wash it! Very minor, and will likely come off with the first washing.
