This was a sealed, new in box clipper I purchased from a Salon Supplier who went out of business. These are NOT used.
Unfortunately someone bought this brand new and sealed, opened it and stole the charging cord, and then returned it. Nothing is missing besides the charging cord so I am selling this as "for parts" only since it can't be listed as new in box.
With a charging cord the clipper works fine. All parts, as shown, are still in the orginal packaging. I can confirm that at the time of creating this listing the base charges and unit turns on. Everything shown in the pictures is included.
