This was a sealed, new in box clipper I purchased from a Salon Supplier who went out of business. These are NOT used, they are still new but are now "open box".
Unfortunately, someone bought this, opened it, and then returned it. Nothing appears missing or broken but its open box now so I am selling these as "for parts" only.
It's possible all parts are included and the razor works fine. I am not a stylist and know nothing about these or how to assemble them. Some parts, as shown, are still in the orginal packaging. I can only confirm that at the time of creating this listing the base charges and unit turns on. Everything shown in the pictures is included.
