SKEA Size 10 is a 29" waist with full comfort band elastic and zipper close, adjustable straps at waist (interior and exterior). Inseam is about 31.5" unstretched (to bottom of Stirrup), but I'm 5'4 and they will definitely fit someone taller. The front area acts as a hand warmer. Color is "Mushroom" and a shimmery dark taupe.
