New with tags but there are a few flaws. A sequin came off and left a tiny hole in the mesh on the back of the dress next to the zipper. There is also some missing beads near the bottom on the back of the gown. Please see photos. It could easily be repaired with the included extra beads and sequins or worn as is. I looked over it closely for flaws but it is possible that I missed something so please forgive me if I did. Selling as is.
