A heavy duty latch designed for swinging doors on storage sheds barns, out-buildings, etc. Designed for right or left handed applications. Latches automatically. Can be padlocked for added security. Handle is designed to prevent flattening if door slams against building. Can be operated from either inside or outside of door. Wide strike allows for door sag. Bolt has rounded face for easy latching. Bracket is provided to hold door open.
