Mens TIMEX 400 rare & vintage 1966 Mechanical Set & wind 17 jewel Radiant Dial

This is a very rare (especially in this condition) Timex 17 jewel mechanical set and wind Timepiece. Made in 1966, 55 years ago, the 400 Series was a very limited production, especially since the movement was made for Timex by the Citizen Watch Co. This is a true jeweled escapement movement and not a pinlever as was the traditional stamped mechanical movement that Timex was known for. Plus, the movement has been Watchmaker serviced with a cleaning and lubrication. It keeps time as in did back when new. While not considered a true "Marlin" model, the beautiful radiant sunburst type Dial is second to none. The gold finish case, the dial and the movement are true museum grade, as it looks new on the wrist. The complimentary straps are calf skin leather with an alligator pattern, and looks as new as the timepiece does. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
