This vintage set is missing the two railroad crossing road signs and a yellow flower. Overall the set is in really good condition but the road plate shows some play wear (some markings on it and one of the corners has stress marks, see pictures).

The instructions are in good condition but there are some tears along the folded seams (see pictures).
