Vintage Hasler-Berne Hand Tachometer in Case Made in Switzerland Cat. No. 4402 #16405
Appears to be complete. Looks fairly clean with a little sign of usage. There is a bit of rust/oxidation on the metal case latch. Case has signs of wear Case has signs of wear but still closes properly and latches.
Not tested because we don't have a way to test it.
