Exceptionally Rare 70s Vintage Tapestry Coat ASO Phoebe Buffay in Friends
Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) wears this timeless tapestry coat with faux fur trim, in Friends, season 2, episode 11, titled, "The One with the Lesbian Wedding" which aired in 1996. It also appears in another episode in the next season, worn by Leslie (E. G. Daily), Phoebe's ex-singing partner.
I have come across similar versions of this coat before, with the same print, but this is the only one I have seen that is an exact match to the one Phoebe wears.
Details:
- tapestry material with black, red, orange, purple yellow geometric design
- black faux fux trim on collar, cuffs, and hem and lined on the inside
- front button closure
- two pockets
- I believe this is vintage from the 70s if not, the 60s
- in excellent vintage condition, button holes show some signs of wear but besides that it is incredible condition considering it is approximately 50 years old
No size tag, but fits like a medium (refer to below)
