I replaced the battery and confirmed that it works for the listing.
When I put in the battery and triggered the flash, it made a "kyu-in" sound, so I think it's probably powered on.
I don't have much product knowledge, so please check the photos. This is an as-is item.
The plastic has deteriorated (see photo 11).
